Doctor Beli Ram & Sons (MFG) was established in 1977 and is largely involved in the manufacturing of personal weighing scales, baby-cum-child weighing scales and LPG indicators. The unit is equipped with in-house manufacturing facilities and press shop to manufacture most of the parts. A large Powder Coating Section ensures that the product finishes meet International Standards. A well-equipped Tool Room manufactures new Dies / rectifies existing ones. The Quality control Department is equipped with sophisticated Inspection and Test equipment to monitor the quality and meet the required standards. Skilled and trained Engineers and Technicians have been employed to produce international quality products.

The VICE PRESIDENT OF INDIA has awarded the company with the prestigious National Productivity Award.

In 1999 the company got the prestigious ISO 9001-2000 accreditation, the first small-scale company in our industry to be awarded so.

Press Section

  • In-house manufacturing of all kinds of sheet metal press parts
  • Equipped with a double action power press for deep draw operations and single action presses from 5 tons – 100 tons.

Powder Coating Section

Tool Room

  • Manufacturing of new dies and repair of existing ones.
  • Modern equipment includes CNC Wire Cut, Milling machines, Lathe machines, Grinders and Shaper

Welding Section

  • Equipped with Spot welding and Arc welding machines

Assembly Section

  • Assembly, testing and calibration of scales
  • Equipped with pneumatic tools to increase productivity
  • Use of hydraulic testing machines to check and calibrate scales as per standards

Quality Control Department

  • To check quality of inward and in-process material and parts of scales such as springs, rubber, steel sheets etc.
  • In-house CAD design facilities where all tools and components are designed.
  • Equipped with sensitive apparatus which includes Gear Profile Projector, Digital Spring Testing machines, Steel Sheet Quality Checking Machine, Verniers, Height Gauges and Micrometers
